Kinkaid School is a private
K-12 institution in the Memorial area of
Houston. White Oak Studio was selected as
landscape architect for the capital building
program in 2000; projects have included:
• Lower School playground and landscape
• North Courtyard
• The Quadrangle
• Student Life Building
• Nurse’s Garden
• Screen planting for sports fields
Jim Patterson was responsible for all of
these projects between 2000 and 2004, some
of which were completed while Principal
at Knudson & Associates. White Oak Studio
is continuing as consultant to the school.
